The Rockefeller Center, which is a world-renowned building in New York City, is known for its extravagant Christmas tree display every year.
This year's ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

The lighting of the tree will take place at Rockefeller Plaza, between West 48th and West 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues.
The tree will be up until January 13, 2024.

On Christmas Day, the tree will be lit for 24 hours, and on New Year's Eve, it will be lit from 6 am to 9 pm.
It will be lit from 6 am to midnight every day except for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Where did this year's Rockefeller Center tree come from?
The 2023 Rockefeller Center tree is an 80-foot tall, 43-foot wide Norway Spruce from Vestal, New York.
According to NBC, the tree is covered in over 50,000 multi-colored LED lights with a 9-foot Swarovski star sitting atop the tree.

As per the outlet, the 2023 tree is around 80 to 85 years old and weighs 12 tons.
Who is performing at this year's ceremony?

The ceremony will be hosted by Kelly Clarkson from 8 to 10 pm ET.
