The worst organisers you can buy that will make your home messier, according to a pro cleaner

A CLEANING pro has shared the worst organisers people buy for their homes. 

The organising expert argued the reason they are so bad is because they actually make you hold onto things you should probably get rid of. 

Cassandra Aarssen is a cleaning pro who shares decluttering tips online. 

But she has revealed there is one product she absolutely cannot stand when it comes to decluttering your home.

She warned: “Don’t buy this organising product!!”

In a TikTok video she said: “An organising product that I definitely do not recommend. I hate this with a passion, are these three drawer things.”

The cleaning fan said the drawers can work for some people adding: "So if you are like, 'I love these things' I’m not shaming you." 

However she has noticed for many of her clients the drawers end up encouraging them to hold on to stuff they don't need.

She said: “What I normally see is that these get filled with absolute junk. They collect trash, you don’t know what's in them.”

Cassandra said: “They are not really great for toys, the drawers don’t come out.”

“They are usually filled with broken crayons and colouring books.”

The organising pro also argued they were nowhere near worth the price.  

She said: “And look at this price? For a c**p catcher?

“There is way better options here for organising your stuff.”

Cassandra even claimed she wished to see the plastic drawers burn. 

She said: “I wanna wheel this right into the trash - I want to have a bonfire of three drawer bins out back.”

Many viewers agreed that the plastic organisers were a waste of space and money. 

One user said: “I, too, share your passion lol.”

Another said: “Finally someone is speaking the truth. Too expensive, too bulky, too less flexible in usage…”

But not everyone agreed with the organising pro and many users said they had come up with creative ways to make use of the plastic drawers. 

One user said: “They're actually great for Barbie stuff lol... dolls in one bin clothes in another play sets in the last bin!”

Another said: “I like them for products that could potentially leak. Easy to clean them.”
